Strawberry Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

• Whipping Cream (1cup)
• Condensed Milk (1/3cup)
• Vanilla Flavour (1tsp)
• Strawberries

METHOD

• Make sure both whipping cream and condensed milk are cold before using.
• Whip the cream with a hand mixer, till you get the right consistency, add in the cold condensed milk, flavour and stir with a spatula.
• Add chunks of strawberry and stir, transfer to a container and refrigerate till hard, scoop and serve in your ice cream containers.
• Enjoy.
