Butter Cream

  • Butter (100g)
  • Icing Sugar (200g)
  • Vanilla Flavour (1g)
  • Colour
  • Bowl
  • Hand Mixer

METHOD

  • This measurement decorates eight cupcakes.
  • Using a hand mixer beat the butter till light, gradually add the icing sugar and beat till fluffy.
  • Add the flavour, you can skip the flavouring it taste fine even without it.
