INGREDIENTS
- Butter (110g)
- Sugar (200g)
- Milk (125ml)
- Flour (250g)
- Baking Powder (2tsp)
- Egg (2)
- Salt (1/2tsp)
- Bluberries
METHOD
- Cream butter and sugar till fluffy, add in the eggs one at a time, add in the milk.
- Gradually add in the sifted dry ingredients.
- Line your muffin tin with paper cases, divide the batter into the twelve cases.
- Wash the blueberries and coat them in flour (it prevents them from sinking in the bottom)add about five to six blueberries in each case, gently press down down.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 20minutes or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Enjoy.
